- Chandigarh, March 7 – Haryana Chief Minister, Mr Manohar Lal said that opposition would have to shun the practice of distorting the facts in their statements so that the people of the state are not mislead.
- The Chief Minister was speaking on an issue raised by the MLA Mr. Kuldeep Sharma regarding the absence of Chief Minister in Panchkula on August 25, 2017 in the Dera Sacha Sauda Case, during the discussion on the Governor's address on the third day of the ongoing Budget Session of the assembly here today.
- The Chief Minister apprised the House that his two-hour official attendance on that day from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm was recorded in Panchkula. On that day, he also visited civil hospital and other places and held meetings with the officials.
