- Chandigarh, August 21- Haryana Urban Local Bodies Department has invited applications for grant of license for construction of dwelling unit under Affordable Housing Policy under Housing for All-2018, within a period of 30 days.
- While giving this information here today, a spokesman of the Department said that the applicant should submit three hard copies of the application as per Form LC-1 (Rule 3(1)) of Haryana Development and Regulations of Urban Area Rules, 1976. Form is provided on the Directorate’s websiteulbharyana.gov.in.
- He said that the Form should be complete in all aspects. No application would be considered valid unless it is made in the prescribed format and is accompanied by the requisite fee, documents and plans. The scrutiny fee submitted is non-refundable.
- The parameters, development norms, allotment rates and eligibility criteria, fee and charges and payment modes are as per Affordable Housing policy under Housing for All -2018.
