  • Chandigarh Jan 19: Haryana Government has decided to rename the Sector-12, Panipat chowk as Maharaja Aggarsen Chowk.
  • A proposal to this effect has been approved by Chief Minister, Mr Manohar Lal.
  • Chandigarh, Jan 19: Haryana Chief Minister, Mr Manohar Lal has accorded approval for the transfer of properties, interests in properties, rights and liabilities from Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) to Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA) for publication of notification in terms of sub-section 46 of GMDA Act, 2017 of Transfer Scheme.
  • This was informed by an official spokesman here today.
  • Chandigarh, January 19 – Haryana  Chief Minister, Mr Manohar Lal will launch the new Plot and Property Management System on January 29 in HUDA complex, Panchkula.
  • While giving this information here today, an official spokesman said that the new system will have varied user friendly features wherein an allottee can avail different services provided by estate offices in an online mode through web portal.
  • He said that in the first phase services like Transfer Permission Letter (in case of Allottee, GPA, Family, Death, Will, Court Decree), Re-allotment letter, Mortgage Permission, De-Mortgage Permission, Building Plan Approval, Surrender of application (e-Auction) would be covered for residential and commercial properties. The remaining services would be available in the next two months.
  • The spokesman said that the new system would ensure quick, hassle free and transparent services without visiting the concerned estate office during the submission of the application. The allottee would have to visit the estate office as per his online appointment schedule only once for biometric attendance and capturing of photograph. 
  • He said that the digitally signed approval documents would be available on the user ID of the allottee in the downloadable format. The entire process would be completed in four working days from the date of submission of the application. The business process hierarchies and timelines have been re-defined to ensure the quick delivery of services. The property files are digitised and the access of electronic files is also provided on the online account of the allottee, he added.
  • He said that the allottees were also advised to update the Password and other property details like e-mail ID, Aadhar linked mobile number and payments for quick and safe transactions. In case of missing data in the online property account, the allottee would have to approach the helpdesk of the respective office with valid original documents for the updating of data in their property account.
