Chandigarh, July 29- Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal while addressing the gathering at the Jan Samvad organized at Sangwari village, district Rewari said that his government doesn’t believe in making a false commitment to the people. In the last eight and a half years, he has delivered what he had promised.
“Like others, misleading people by selling false dreams is not my personality. I only promise what can be delivered. I don’t promise what I cannot deliver,” said Sh. Manohar Lal.
The Chief Minister said that be it receiving any grievance in the Jan Samvad or it’s about receiving complaints on the Jan Samvad portal, every day for two hours, he himself studies every complaint. It has come to his notice that most of the complaints were related to the drainage of dirty water in the village and this is the reason that today he has announced that in future, proper drainage of dirty water will be ensured in every village. For this Panchayati Raj Institution and Public Health Engineering Department will work together, said Sh. Manohar Lal.
While gifting a series of development works in village Sangwari during the Jan Samvad, the Chief Minister also announced the construction of PHC and village secretariat in the village. Earlier, Sh. Manohar Lal also visited the Atal Seva Kendra and the exhibition organized by the National Rural Livelihood Mission at the venue.
Chief Minister gives a special gift to the village Sarpanch
On the demand of Village Sarpanch Ram Singh, Chief Minister, announced that the work regarding the repair of the Village Secretariat (Knowledge Center), Primary Health Centre, Community Center and Scheduled Caste Chaupal in the village, additional tank in water works for canal water-based drinking water would be done. Apart from this, he further announced that the civil surgeon, public health department and irrigation officers will compile a joint water testing report for tubewell-based water testing. Also, the STPs which are old will be replaced.
He said that in the last eight and a half years, special works have been done to provide drinking water and water for irrigation in southern Haryana and it has been delivered till the last tail.
The Chief Minister while aiming towards ‘Health for All’ said that the scope of Ayushman Bharat Yojana has been increased which has benefited more than 15 lakh additional families.

Meanwhile, Cooperation and Public Health Engineering Minister, Dr. Banwari Lal expressed gratitude to the Chief Minister, for organizing a three-day Jan Samvad in Rewari district. He said that like the Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi, Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal is also serving the common people by following the principles of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas and Antyodaya.
