Chandigarh, June 25- Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal announced that the Haryana Government has given approval for Metro connectivity from Ballabgarh to Palwal, which will ensure better connectivity and pace the development of the area.
The Chief Minister was addressing the Gauravshali Bharat Rally at village Gajpuri, Palwal on Sunday. The rally coordinator and Union Minister of State for Power and Heavy Industries, Sh. Krishan Pal greeted the Chief Minister and other guests.
Haryana is getting big projects from the Central Government
The Chief Minister said that the Central and State Governments are taking remarkable steps towards ensuring inclusive development. Big projects like Metro and National Highways are coming up in Haryana with the help of the Central Government, for which he extended gratitude towards Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi. He stated that our government has made unprecedented development in Palwal and Faridabad region. With the coming of many major state highways, better connectivity has been facilitated. Development of Jewar Airport will also pace the industrialization and other development works in the area. It is a matter of pride for the region that the Mumbai Expressway is also passing through these districts, which will connect the region with other parts of the country, he added.
The Chief Minister stated that while following the slogan of Haryana Ek-Haryanvi Ek, development works are being carried out in the entire state without any disparity. By implementing the Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP), Haryana is playing an active role in directly giving benefits of government schemes to the last person. He said that keeping the focus on all aspects related to Property ID and PPP, their permanent solution will be done within the next two months, for this about 1000 employees have been made available to the ULB department, so that information related to Property ID can be collected.
Sh. Manohar Lal said that the present state government is always executing development works in the spirit of Antyodaya and with the goal of public service “We have left no stone unturned in matters of public interest, that is the reason why Haryana is achieving new milestones in every sector”. The Chief Minister said that our government has done the work of eliminating corruption, fear and nepotism which were dominating during the Congress tenure.
He said that families with an income of less than Rs. 1 lakh are considered as Antyodaya families, while families with an annual income of Rs. 1.80 lakh are considered as BPL families. Our focus is on providing facilities like education, employment, health and security to such families in order to connect them with the mainstream society. CM said that we are committed to ensure their overall development.
Congress killed the world's largest democracy by imposing Emergency
The Chief Minister said that on this day, June 25, 1975, the Congress government imposed an emergency on the nation. Emergency remained an ‘unforgettable phase’ in the history of the nation and it was "totally opposite" to the Constitutional values. People suffered torture in jails and did agitations for the restoration of democracy, we should remember all such warriors, CM added.
India has made different identity on global stage - Krishan Pal
Rally's coordinator and Union Minister of State, Sh. Krishan Pal said that the Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi has been working for the upliftment of every class for the last 9 years as a Pradhan Sevak. "India has made a different identity on the global stage under PM Modi, " he added.
Today, the present government is doing the work of giving due respect to every class. Unmatched progress has been achieved by the whole country during the past nine years, he added. Today the charisma of PM Modi has been recognized across the globe. That is the reason India got the opportunity to hold the Presidency of the G20. Haryana is setting new records of development under the leadership of Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal. Along with education, health and security, better infrastructure development is taking place in the country and the state.
Haryana is accelerating on path of development with new vision and direction- Transport Minister
Welcoming the Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal, Transport Minister, Sh. Mool Chand Sharma said that CM’s leadership has worked to give a new direction to Haryana. There is a glaring contrast of day and night between Haryana in 2013 and Haryana in 2023. Today, Haryana is touching new heights of development in every field. He added that the newly added 4 NH at Faridabad is set to pace the progress of the district.

Haryana's Cooperation Minister, Dr. Banwari Lal said that the service system has completely transformed due to the digital revolution in Haryana in the past 9 years. He said that the Chief Minister is working with the spirit of Antyodaya. Commendable steps are being taken in the direction of digital revolution and government service are reaching people through the ease of a click. He said that development works have been done across the country without any disparity.
