Chandigarh, June 24 – Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal while giving a major relief to those living in the irregular colonies today announced that having a Resident Welfare Association was hitherto a condition for regularization of irregular colonies, but from now onwards having an RWAs would not be required. If any person in the colony applies for regularization of the colony, it will be approved.
The Chief Minister said that in all 88 urban local bodies, about 46 lakh property IDs have been issued in all the cities. Whatever errors are there related to these property IDs, the same will be rectified by organizing camps in the next month, informed Sh. Manohar Lal while interacting with the beneficiaries through audio conferencing held here today.
During the interaction, the beneficiaries expressed their gratitude to the Chief Minister for removing the difficulties related to property ID and simplifying the entire process. Beneficiaries said that earlier they had to visit the offices to get the registry done and also to get the property IDs, but with all the processes being brought on the IT platform, they have got great relief and today they are getting the property IDs while sitting at their home only.
Plots will be sold only after making the property ID of each plot in HSVP sectors
Sh. Manohar Lal said that whenever new sectors will be developed by the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) in future, initially each acre or area will have a separate number or 'Kila' number. However, the plots will be allocated and sold only when the property ID of each plot is already made, he added.
Similarly, if a developer builds a house and wishes to sell the same, then according to the number of houses built before selling it, he will have to create the property ID of all such houses in advance, informed Sh. Manohar Lal.
He said that the property ID will be used to identify the property, whether the property is inside a legal colony or an illegal colony. Each property will get a separate number. Many houses are built storey-wise, in such houses also, each floor will have a separate property ID, the houses where the owner is different, its property ID will also be different, informed the Chief Minister.
"The government aims to end land disputes. Whether it is residential, industrial plots, agricultural land or even the distribution of ancestral property, we are moving forward in this direction to solve the problems that arise before us," said Sh. Manohar Lal.
He said that earlier works related to land were done with human intervention and the chances of corruption were also high, but now gradually all these manual systems have been abolished, said Sh. Manohar Lal.
Officers should paste the list of documents required for a No Dues Certificate on the notice board of their offices

Therefore, Officers should paste the list of documents required for a No Dues Certificate on the notice board of their offices, said Sh. Manohar Lal.
He said that along with this, the list of documents that are required for registration in tehsils should also be pasted on the notice boards.

Manohar Lal.
