Chandigarh, May 26- Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal dedicated 8 development projects worth Rs. 41.96 crores during a three-day tour of Mahendragarh district. These include the inauguration of three projects and laying the foundation stone of five projects including micro-irrigation.
During the Jan Samvad programme, he said that no stone will be left unturned to ensure the inclusive development of the Mahendragarh district. Chief Minister also assured that the public demands raised during the Jan Samvad will be fulfilled within the stipulated time.
Sh. Manohar Lal interacted directly with the villagers of three villages each of Nangal Choudhary, Narnaul, and Mahendragarh Vidhansabha constituencies of Mahendragarh district from May 24 to 26. He addressed all the public grievances and issued directions for early redressal.
The Chief Minister also called upon the villagers to do water harvesting to improve the underground water levels. He said that the project related to micro irrigation is proving to be a milestone in this direction. He said that after 2014, for a permanent solution to the water problem of southern Haryana, the pump house was renovated at a cost of Rs. 143 crores, due to which water is reaching till tails in this area.
