Chandigarh, April 3: Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal has announced that the purchase centre of Dhanana village in Bhiwani district will be developed from two acres to six acres.
The Chief Minister was interacting with the people in Dhanana village during the Jan Samvad Programme on Monday. He said that the state government has made the schemes of various departments online and now citizens can apply from mobile while sitting at home.
122 people of Dhanana village took benefits of Ayushman Bharat Yojana
The Chief Minister said that Ayushman cards have been made for 5,582 people of Dhanana village under the Ayushman Bharat Yojana. Of these, 122 people have taken benefits of the Ayushman Bharat Yojana so far. “Also, new ration cards have been made for 1,687 people of Dhanana village. Now, the old age pension is being made automatically as soon as the person attains the age of 60 years. The pension of 11 people in this village has been made automatically,” he added.
State government giving jobs to youth on basis of merit
Sh. Manohar Lal said that 36 families of Dhanana village have been provided loans for self-employment under the Mukhyamantri Antyodaya Parivar Utthan Yojana and about 99 youths of Dhanana village have got jobs. “This is the result of the transparent policy of the government. Our government is giving jobs to the youth on the basis of merit,” he added.
Sarpanches should prepare joint plan for development of village
The Chief Minister said that through e-tendering, there has been transparency and the work has been expedited. Instructing three sarpanches of Dhanana Gram Panchayat, the Chief Minister said that they should together prepare a joint plan for the development of the village. Apart from this, instructions were given for repair and maintenance of water supply in Dhanana village within seven days. The Chief Minister also gave instructions on the demand of the people to move the liquor vend out of the village.
Dhanana village will soon be Lal Dora-free
On the problem of the people related to Lal Dora, the Chief Minister said that the map of Dhanana village has been finalized on March 24 and soon the village will be made Lal Dora-free.
On the occasion, Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister, Sh. JP Dalal, MLA Sh. Bishamber Valmiki, MLA Sh. Mohan Lal Badoli, OSD to Chief Minister, Sh. Jawahar Yadav, Deputy Commissioner, Sh. Naresh Narwal, Superintendent of Police, Sh. Ajit Singh Shekhawat and other dignitaries were present.
