Chandigarh, March 7: Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal has extended greetings and good wishes to the people of the state on the occasion of the festival of Holi. In a message issued on Tuesday, the Chief Minister said that the festival of Holi has great importance in the society. With the motto of ‘Haryana Ek, Haryanvi Ek’, this festival should be celebrated with mutual love, affection and brotherhood.

He urged the people to celebrate Holi in an eco-friendly way by taking a pledge to save water. “Holi is the festival of colours. It fills the life with colours of happiness and brings mutual love and harmony. Let us all  burn the evils within us and develop our best personality,” he added.
