Chandigarh, March 27- Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal said that the State has taken constructive steps in the direction of changing the system in these seven years. Moving ahead with the spirit of Antyodaya, while the standard of living of poor people is being improved, the government has kept a close vigil on corruption, he added.
The Chief Minister was addressing the Haryana Pragati rally at Anaj Mandi of Tigaon in Faridabad district on Sunday. In the rally, while making announcements worth Rs 1525 crore for the development plans of Faridabad district, the Chief Minister gave many gifts to the district.
Government becoming partner in public service with the spirit of Antyodaya
In his address, the Chief Minister said that the previous government had just raised slogans of Garibi Hatao for political gains during their regime whereas the present government is fulfilling its responsibility in making poor people financially secure by connecting them to the mainstream of the society.
Under the Mukhyamantri Parivar Samriddhi Yojana in the state, so far, 55 schemes of the government are being implemented by organizing Antyodaya Utthan Melas in two phases. Not only this, our government is also making the family prosperous by removing poverty by giving employment and not just raising slogans. He said that the government has a complete focus on skill development and to hone the skills of the youth of the state, the country's first skill university has been established at Dudola in Palwal district of Haryana.
Present government has curtailed corruption
Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal made it clear in his address that corruption in any form will not be tolerated in the state. He said that whether corruption is committed by politicians or by officers and employees, he will be punished as per rules. He said that with transparency, the government is passing on the benefits of the schemes to the common man and if any officer or employee does wrong, then appropriate action will be taken against him.

Chief Minister Manohar Lal informed that the Haryana Government has made special provision in the budget keeping in mind the all-round development. He said that meaningful steps are being taken in promoting natural farming including expansion of health services, improving the quality of education, environmental balance, and water conservation. He said that this time, while making special provision in the budget, arrangements have been made to send 7 percent of the allocated budget directly to the Panchayats and Urban Local Bodies so that the development works can be done by the public representatives with the said amount as per the need.

In the Haryana Pragati Rally, Union Minister of State for Heavy Industries and Energy Department, Sh. Krishan Pal Gurjar felicitated the Chief Minister on his arrival at Faridabad district. He said that the earlier governments only believed in taking votes, while Faridabad district was completely ignored. In these seven years under the leadership of Sh. Manohar Lal, Faridabad district has become one of the leading districts from the point of view of development. He said that the people of Faridabad district have witnessed massive development in the last seven years.

Haryana Transport Minister, Sh. Mool Chand Sharma said that under the leadership of Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi at the Centre and Chief Minister Manohar Lal's government in the state, has won everyone's trust while the state is accelerating on the vision of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas. The government is taking steps by implementing the policy of public service. Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal has left no stone unturned in the development of the State and Faridabad. He extended gratitude towards the Chief Minister for giving development works worth thousands of crores including MCF areas, construction of bridges on roads, railway pools, canals in Faridabad.
Chief Minister announced bonanza of Rs. 1,525 crores in Pragati Rally
Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal has announced a bonanza to the district of an estimated amount of Rs. 1,525 crore for various development projects for Faridabad district. He informed that new developmental projects worth Rs. 1,480 crore for schemes dedicated to urban and rural development including education, health, electricity supply service, road network, community centre, rest house, for Faridabad Metropolitan Development Authority, development of various sectors of Greater Faridabad. While seven schemes worth Rs. 45 crore were launched in Tigaon on Sunday.
