Chandigarh, February 28: Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal said that the culture of India is one of the oldest and richest in the world. It is the responsibility of each one of us to preserve this rich culture but also to carry forward its legacy. The progress of any country depends on its youth power. Youth will play an important role in nation-building, he added. He said that Akhand Bharat Mata Mandir, which is going to be built in Bhiwani, will inculcate feelings of patriotism and nationalism among youth.
Chief Minister said this while he attended the seven-day Maa Baglamukhi Yagya being organized at Akhand Bharat Mata Mandir, which is going to be built near village Devsar on Loharu Road today.
On this occasion, he also announced a contribution of Rs 21 lakh for the construction of the temple. Sh. Manohar Lal took detailed information about the temple from Mahant Mai Ji Maharaj.
The Chief Minister said that it is a matter of great fortune for him to participate in the Yagya of Akhand Bharat Mata Mandir. The Akhand Bharat Mata Mandir to be built in Bhiwani would have a very wide area. This will not only repose the religious spirit among the people of district Bhiwani or Haryana but people from all over the country and ancient Akhand India will be religiously associated with this grand temple, he added.
He said that as the entire society contributes to the construction of the temple and for this an appeal would be made to the financially affluent people to ensure their contribution for this temple.
Mahant Surendra Giri, Maiji Maharaj of the temple concluded the Yagya and greeted the Chief Minister.
