Chandigarh, October 20: Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal has announced to provide financial assistance of Rs 5 crore to the Uttarakhand government amid natural calamity in the region.

Sh. Manohar Lal said that there has been a huge loss of life and property due to the disaster in Uttarakhand.

Expressing deep condolences and grief on the loss of many lives in this calamity, the Chief Minister showed solidarity towards the families of the deceased.

he Chief Minister said that all possible help would be provided by the Haryana government to the Uttarakhand government in this hour of crisis. Apart from financial assistance, tents, essential clothes and medicines will also be sent by the Haryana government.
