Chandigarh, July 27:  Journalists in New Delhi today expressed their gratitude to Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal for announcing to provide health benefits at par with those being given to government employees under Ayushman Bharat Scheme to the accredited media persons of the State as well.

In the 'Aapka Aabhar' programme organized at Haryana Bhawan, the journalists expressed their gratitude to the Chief Minister for giving this bonanza to the media persons.  The Media Advisor to Chief Minister, Sh. Amit Arya was also present on the occasion.

It is pertinent to mention here that during the review meeting of Ayushman Bharat Bima Yojana and other health insurance schemes on Monday,  Chief Minister had announced that Haryana Government would provide the benefits of health insurance facilities to the accredited media personnel of the state at par with the government employees. 

After the announcement, the media persons across the State are happy that they would too be getting these benefits.
