Chandigarh, July 27- Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal has said that Haryana is not limited to business to business or government to business or government to government relationship. He said that the region of Haryana is the land of hospitality and the birthplace of the Gita. That's why we believe in 'Heart to Heart Connect'.
Sh. Manohar Lal was speaking at the inauguration of the new state-of-the-art corporate headquarters of Hyundai Motors India at Sector-29, Gurugram today.
He said that Haryana’s Single Window System has been recognized as one of the best systems in India for providing approvals for the industry. He said that we have set up a new department named Foreign Cooperation Department to help investors and entrepreneurs.
The Chief Minister inaugurated the new Corporate Headquarters of the company by cutting the ribbon along with MD & CEO of Hyundai Motor India Ltd, Sh. SS Kim. On this occasion, he also inaugurated two oxygen plants set up by the company at the Community Health Centre at Nuh District Headquarters and at Alafia Civil Hospital. The Chief Minister also planted a sapling in the premises of the Corporate Headquarters of the company.
During his address at the inauguration of the Corporate Headquarters of the company, Sh. Manohar Lal said that in the matter of industrial investment, Haryana is now not only focusing on the satisfaction of the investors, but also on keeping the customers happy. The establishment of the headquarters of Hyundai Motors in Gurugram is a living example of Haryana's 'Ease of Doing Business' and 'Ease of Living'.
Along with this, the Chief Minister also said that Haryana is known as the land of Karma. Haryana is a land of possibilities, enterprise, research and innovation. Today Haryana is counted among the most developed and industrialized states of India. The Chief Minister said that taking forward this rich tradition of the state, many reforms have been implemented to make it the land of another industrial revolution. Red Tapeism is being replaced by Red Carpet and all possible facilities are being given to the industries.
Sh. Manohar Lal said that he has been informed during today's programme that Hyundai is doing good work in various fields. He said that Haryana too has been growing in various sectors like IT and ITeS, Agro and Food Processing, Health Care and Medical Education, Skill Development, Electronics Hardware Manufacturing, Textile and Textile Industry, Defense and Aerospace, Rapid Mass Transport, Integrated Aviation Hub in Hisar. He said that recently, South Korean companies have shown interest to invest in Haryana.

Earlier, Sh. SS Kim said that in line with its achievement of 25 years of excellence in India, his company today opened the state-of-the-art new Corporate Headquarters in Gurugram. This new office is a symbol of Hyundai's solidarity with Indians. He said that this state-of-the-art centre which is set up in an area of more than 28,000 sq.mt. is intended to empower all the stakeholders while encompassing many aspects by integrating those elements which are energy, positivity, harmony, nature and promoting technology. As a responsible and caring brand, Hyundai always contributes to the society. The company has invested over $4 billion in India. It has 17 regional offices and 2449 customer touch points across India. The new Corporate Headquarters launched today is another step in this direction which will help in realizing the vision of 'Progress of the people, prosperity of the Earth'. He said that the year 2021 is an important year for the company as in this year the company has completed 25 years in India and has reached the 10 million cars mark.

Chief Minister began his speech in Korean
Interestingly, at the inauguration programme of the new corporate headquarters of Hyundai Motors India Limited in Gurugram on Tuesday, the Chief Minister began his address by, introducing himself in Korean saying, 'I am Manohar Lal, Chief Minister Haryana'. He concluded his speech in Korean as well saying, 'I welcome you to Land of Haryana'. His speech was applauded by all.
Sh. SS Kim began his address with 'Namaskar'. The programme culminated with the national anthem of India - 'Jana-Gana-Mana'.
Sh. Manohar Lal also inquired about the new models of Hyundai which were displayed at the venue. He also sat in electric and hydrogen-powered vehicles.
The company showcased its 25-year journey in India through a documentary at the event.
