Chandigarh, October 4: Haryana Chief Minister, Mr. Manohar Lal said that no one will be allowed to take law and order in their own hands in the state. He said that the tendency of Congress to lie will not be allowed to continue.
The Chief Minister said this in response to a question by the media persons regarding Mr. Rahul Gandhi's visit to Haryana to participate in the protests against the agricultural-related Acts recently passed by the Central Government after a programme organized on "Progressive Farmers' Conference and Discussion on Agriculture Ordinance" today in Karnal.
Taking a dig at Congress, the Chief Minister said that before this they had protested regarding the 'Citizen Amendment Bill', the removal of Article-370 in Jammu and Kashmir and the ‘Ram Janam Bhoomi’ but no one was harmed. He said that when nothing happened back then, nothing will happen even now. All of this is going to end very soon because people and farmers have now understood everything, he added. He said that farmers are being tricked. Farmers and Arthiyas are being misled but they will not fall prey to such tactics, he added
In response to the question regarding Mr. Rahul Gandhi's visit to Haryana, the Chief Minister said that it seems that Congress MP, Mr. Rahul Gandhi has no other work. He said that Mr. Rahul Gandhi is scheduled to visit Punjab; there is no programme for his arrival in Haryana.
In response to a question related to Baroda By-election, he said that he is fully prepared for the Baroda By-election. Similarly, in response to a question regarding COVID-19, he said that in case of space unavailability in hospitals, COVID-19 patients are being shifted to Home Isolation and other hospitals.
