Chandigarh, July 24- Haryana Chief Minister, Mr. Manohar Lal today interacted with 15 people of the state who had lodged their complaints on the e-Sachivalaya portal. While all these people were all praise for Chief Minister for taking an initiative to launch e-Sachivalaya for virtual meetings. Lauding the Chief Minister, the people who virtually interacted with the Chief Minister said that this is the first time that a common man has got an opportunity to directly interact with the Chief Minister.
While, giving a patient hearing to the grievance flagged by the people, the Chief Minister assured that their problems will be resolved soon. The Chief Minister interacted with these people at late evening at PWD rest house during his visit to Karnal today. The people had registered their grievances on July 22 and 23 and heard their grievances.
Priyanka, a resident of Faridabad interacted with the Chief Minister regarding her complaint for electricity bill. Replying to her, the Chief Minister asked the complaint to send the necessary documents and further assured that after investigation, if anyone is found guilty, action will be taken immediately.
Raj Kumar, another complainant from Sirsa district shared his grievance about the dirty pond in his village, replying to which, the Chief Minister asked the officers concerned to take immediate action.
Those who interacted with the Chief Minister said that this is the first time, when the common man has got a platform to share his problems directly with the Chief Minister, and such a thing never happened in any state of the country.
Similarly, other people also shared about their complaints regarding their jobs, dairies, CM Window, no construction of roads etc. The Chief Minister assured everyone that all their complaints will be resolved on a priority basis.
On this occasion, Mayor, Mrs. Renu Bala Gupta, Deputy Commissioner, Mr. Nishant Kumar Yadav, Superintendent of Police, Mr. S.S. Bhoria and other dignitaries were present.
