Chandigarh May 31- Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal said that countries across the world wish to invest in India. Similarly, many Multi-National Companies (MNCs) are also expressing their willingness to set up business in Haryana. Since investors consider Haryana as a preferred destination for investment, therefore talks are being held with the investors from Japan and Korea. Besides this, discussions are also being held with the investors of other countries and the industrial projects would start as soon as the proposals are received from the investors, he added.
Chief Minister Manohar Lal shared this while interacting with the media persons at Kaithal today. He said that to prevent the spread of COVID-19, major steps have been taken by the State Government and District Administration, as a result of which Haryana’s position is certainly better as compared to other states.
He said that Unlock-1 is beginning; in which efforts have been made to bring life back to the track by re-starting all services in a phased manner. He said that because of the COVID-19 Pandemic, along with the loss of life, economic activities have also been affected badly. However, now all economic activities would resume gradually with Unlock-1.
The Chief Minister said that by a mega package of Rs 20 lakh crore, as announced by Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi will definitely strengthen the economy of the country and provide every possible relief to the needy. The implementation of which is being done in an accelerated manner.
On this occasion Minister of State for Women and Child Development Mrs. Kamlesh Dhanda, Minister of State for Sports and Youth Affairs, Mr. Sandeep Singh, MP Nayab Saini, and other dignitaries and officers were present.
