Chandigarh, June 20- Haryana Government has approved to transfer 18 acres land of Municipal Corporation, Faridabad, to J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology, (YMCA), Faridabad.
Giving this information here today, an official spokesman said that Chief Minister, Mr. Manohar Lal has approved a proposal to this effect. He said that this land would be given to J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology at the present collector rate. A proposal for transferring this land to the University has already been passed by the Municipal Corporation, Faridabad.
Chandigarh, June 20- Project Director, Chief Minister's Good Governance Associates Programme, Haryana Dr. Rakesh Gupta today directed the concerned officers to work with full responsibility for schemes and applications received for services on Antyodaya Saral Portal so as provide the people of the state with the maximum benefit of schemes and services.
Dr. Rakesh Gupta was presiding here over a review meeting of the nodal officers of Antyodaya Saral Kendras from across the state.
He said that Chief Minister, Mr Manohar Lal regularly monitors the Saral portal. If anyone would show negligence towards Saral portal then strict action would be taken against them.
After reviewing the services of Gurugram Power Corporation, he issued show cause notice to Superintending Engineer of Power Corporation, K.C. Aggarwal for not providing a refund to citizens after the generation of the ticket.
Similarly, he also issued show cause notice to District Food and Supply Controller of Panipat, Anita Kharb, and District Food and Supply Controller of Gurugram, Monika Malik for not issuing Ration Card but instead showing delivery complete an online status. Dr Gupta also issued show cause notice to Manoj Ahlawat, Tehsildar, Jind, for not clarifying the status of issuance of income and property certificate to economically weaker sections of the society.
The Project Director said that the fees taken for online services and schemes should also be paid online and the applicant should also get online intimation on completion of his or her work. He directed the Nodal officers of the School Education Department to collect and upload data of all students, officers of Urban Local Bodies Department to collect and upload data of taxpayers, the power corporation officials, officers of power corporation for electricity consumers, officers of Public Health Engineering department for the consumers of drinking water connection, officers of Revenue Department for holders of Income certificate and officers of Transport department to collect and upload data of citizens, including phone numbers.
Dr. Gupta said that the Social Justice and Empowerment Department should work in the direction of making the schemes and services of Antyodaya Portal, paperless. He reviewed in detail according to applications received on the Antyodaya Saral dashboard and also discussed in detail about the feedback received from citizens on the portal. He said that the next review meeting of CM Window and Antyodaya Saral projects would be held on July 10.
He said that the benefit of 485 schemes and services of different departments are being given to the citizens on Antyodaya Saral Kendras being run in the state. So far, more than 35 lakh applications have been registered from December 2017. He said that every month, more than 70,000 calls are being received on the Helpline of the portal. Those are also being redressed by the officers of all departments in the prescribed period. He gave necessary directions to officers after reviewing applications received on portal department-wise.
