Chandigarh, July 10 – Haryana Chief Secretary, Mrs. Keshni Anand Arora directed all the Deputy Commissioners in the state for the registration of farmers' land on ‘Meri Fasal Mera Byora’ portal by July 20. Apart from this, the work of e-Girdawari should be got completed upto September 5, 2019. She also reviewed the Jal Shakti Abhiyan, Kisan Samman Yojana, BPL Survey and Flood Relief Works.
Mrs Arora was interacting with all the Divisional Commissioners, Deputy Commissioners, District Revenue Officer and Superintendent Engineer (Irrigation), through video conferencing.
She said that the Chief Minister Mr. Manohar Lal is regularly monitoring the 'Meri Fasal Mera Byora' portal therefore to complete this work at the earliest, it should be ensured that training be imparted to the CSC employees through NIC. She said that financial incentive of Rs 10 per acre or part of it will be given to farmers, who have got themselves registered on this portal, but this incentive will range from minimum Rs 20 to a maximum of Rs 50. This amount will be deposited directly into the bank accounts of the farmers. The CSCs will be given an incentive of Rs 5 per entry, she added.
She said that to get this work done at the earliest, the Patwaris, Agriculture Development Officer, Gram Sachiv, Secretaries of Market Committees will also be included to get this work completed. She said that the uploaded information of the farmers will be regularly monitored through the Dashboard.
Mrs Arora said that through toll free number 18001802060 of the Department, the farmers can report any problem related to the uploading of data. She said that the registration of farmers on the 'Meri Fasal Mera Byora' portal will facilitate e-Kharid.
She said that the 'Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman' scheme has been expanded and now the farmers having more than 5 acres of land will also get the benefit of this scheme. She said that for this, the forms will be got filled from eligible farmers of all villages from July 11 to 19. He said that the installment of April-July will soon be released.
Mrs Arora said that till September 15, 2019, water conservation campaign is being run in 19 districts of the state under the Jal Shakti Abhiyan. District Action Plan has been prepared for this. Under this scheme, water conservation and storage of rainwater, rejuvenation of traditional and other water bodies / tanks, block and district water conservation scheme, borewell recharge structure and intense afforestation will be done.
She said that all the participants should be involved in implementing this campaign as a mass campaign, especially of all social organizations such as NSS and Nehru Yuva Kendra. She said that work should be done to prepare the BPL list as soon as possible and upload it to the Soochna portal within two days.

Umashankar and other senior officials.
Chandigarh, July 10 – Giving a big relief to the Anganwadi Workers and Helpers in the state, the Haryana Government has fulfilled their demand and now they will be given more than one Travel Allowance (TA) and Daily Allowance (DA) for attending government meetings.
While giving this information here today, Haryana Finance Minister, Capt. Abhimanyu said that with this decision taken on the directions of Chief Minister, Mr. Manohar Lal, they will get benefit of Rs. 14 crore per year.
The Finance Minister said that the Anganwadi workers and their helpers working in rural and urban areas of the state have allotted works by the State Government related to many schemes such as ‘Aapki Beti, Hamari Beti’, ‘Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao’, ‘Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana’, Sabla Yojana, Bal Sanrakshan Survey and Child Marriage Prohibition Programme. Due to these programmes, they have to attend meetings at the circle, block and district level. Till now, they are being given only one TA and DA.
He said that now the Government has decided that for the attending meeting at the district level, Anganwadi workers will be given one day TA and DA in a year and for attending meeting at block level, they will be given one day TA and DA every month. The Anganwadi Helpers will be provided TA and DA for three days a year.
Capt. Abhimanyu said that 25,962 Anganwadi Workers and 25,450 Helpers are employed in urban areas and equal number of Anganwadi Workers and Helpers are employed in rural areas of the state. By giving TA and DA under these new rules, the government will have to bear additional expenditure of around Rs. 14 crore per year.
