Chandigarh, May 3 – Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal said that a major upward and downward traffic diversion junction will be constructed near KGP (Kundli-Ghaziabad Expressway) at Mohna on Faridabad-Jewar Airport Expressway.
This will improve the development of rural areas of Faridabad and the people of the nearby villages can use this Expressway. Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal was addressing a Sant Sammelan organized on the completion of 12 years of 'Tapasya' of Khedsari Baba Abhdhoot Nath at Panhera Khurd village in Faridabad district on Tuesday.
The Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal extended greetings on the occasion of Parshuram Jayanti and Akshaya Tritiya while felicitating the Sants who came from all over the country.
Describing this event being held in Panhera Khurd village of Prithla Assembly Constituency as akin to Kumbh Mela, the Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal said that this country is progressing continuously with the help of prayers and blessings of the sants.
He said that the sages of the country have always played an important role in maintaining unity and integrity of our country. The culture of our country is deeply associated with the principles given by sages and saints. He said that the motive of 12 years of 'Tapasya' performed by Maharaj Abhdhoot Nath ji is to maintain happiness and prosperity across the country.
He said that although today I have come to pay obeisance to the Sants and seek blessings in this religious event, but MLA from this area, Sh. Nayan Pal Rawat has made two demands including the demand of developing a pond of Panhera village as a Siddha Sarovar so that devotees coming to the fair held every year at the ancient historic Mata Mandir in Hirapur village do not face any problem while visiting. The Chief Minister further informed that the work of development and beautification of this pond will be done by the Haryana Pond and Waste Water Management Authority. The cost incurred on this pond will be borne by the Pond Authority of Haryana. Besides this, the Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal also announced the construction of a gymnasium on 2 acres of land in the village at a cost of Rs 50 lakh. Along with this, he also announced to set up a community centre for social programmes in the village at a cost of Rs 50 lakh to Rs 1 crore.
He said that apart from this, if there is any demand of the villagers, then they can forward it through local MLA, Sh. Nayan Pal Rawat.
Union Minister of State for Power and Heavy Industries, Sh. Krishna Pal, MP of Alwar, Sh. Yogi Balaknath also addressed the occasion. Earlier, the Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal paid obeisance at the temple and also took blessings of Khedsari Baba Abhdhoot Nath.
Transport Minister, Sh. Mool Chand Sharma, Faridabad MLA, Sh. Narender Gupta, Tigaon MLA, Sh. Rajesh Nagar, Media Advisor to Chief Minister, Sh. Amit Arya and other local MLAs and dignitaries were present during the occasion.
