Chandigarh, March 17- Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal while congratulating and greeting the people of the state on the festival of colours, Holi, said that surely this festival is full of gaiety and when we forget our differences and join hands in brotherhood to celebrate it.

In a message to the people of the state issued on the eve of Holi today, the Chief Minister said that along with happiness on the day of Holi, we should also take some precautions and avoid rioting. The Chief Minister said that we should play Holi by applying tilak with dry colour, water are sometimes harmful and spoils the skin, it also leads to wastage of water. The need of the hour is to save water.
