Chandigarh, April 5: Haryana Cabinet which met under the Chairmanship of Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal here today accorded approval to a proposal regarding sanctioning of term loan and State Government Guarantee for Rs. 34 crore for Housing Board Haryana Panchkula for purchase and development of land and construction of flats for defense personnel and Ex-serviceman at Sector-6, Jhajjar and Sector 56, 56A Faridabad.

The Housing Board Haryana constructs flats for the BPL and Economically Weaker Sections in the State of Haryana. In addition Housing Board Haryana also constructs flats for defense personnel/ex-serviceman of the State. After this approval, as many as 336 flats at Sector-6, Jhajjar and Sector 56, 56A Faridabad will be constructed at a cost Rs.34 crore.
